Sustainable Energy Empowers Development (SEED)

Our employees put sustainable thinking into action through SEED, one of ChampionX’s largest internal resource groups. SEED brings together employees with a passion for sustainability to highlight beneficial business practices, educate associates, model sustainable behaviors, and drive opportunities for improvement. SEED chapters lead Mindset Projects, which set weekly and monthly challenges to encourage members to make sustainable improvements to their daily lives. SEED also recognizes a peer-nominated sustainability hero quarterly.
