Getting data doesn’t have to be complicated. The SMARTEN controller offers a simple, intuitive navigation menu for easy access and inputs. It also provides customizable functions to fit your specific needs, so you can customize downtimes and setpoints to enhance optimization and control of the pumping unit.
Extensive data at your fingertips
The SMARTEN controller offers more storage capacity than any other controller on the market, allowing you to save more than 3000 Dynagraph cards. You can easily filter cards by events, such as idle time or malfunction, and save them directly to your computer. You can view trend analysis with multiple variables including gearbox loading, rod loading, structure loading, and pump fillage, to better analyze the health of your system.
Access data anytime, anywhere
Leveraging a cellular or local WiFi connection, the SMARTEN™ Live feature allows you to access the controller remotely and make operational changes as if you were on location. And, if you utilize our XSPOC™ production optimization software, you can easily view SMARTEN Live directly in the software as well, providing a field-wide view of your rod lift systems.
